Growing spiritually, hasn't been easy. Yet, is something I strive for each and every day. Thinking back in my life, some of my most memorable moments were with the Earth, the Air, the Water and the Fire! Striving to be authentically myself every day, has brought me to creating Birch + Sage. I get to share a piece of who I am, with you - an amazing human being, reaching new heights within your journey!
I always say I'm not lost, I'm roaming into the journey I'm meant for!
Some daily care I do with myself, starts with taking in 5 deep calm breaths and telling my inner child "I Love You" each and every morning.

Existing in this world is not easy unless you exist within the love and light of positive energy, high vibrations and a-higher consciousness in the spiritual realm. I continually strive to obtain knowledge through all experiences while learning to understand what enlightenment means to me, as it is ever-changing and growing.
Growing up with being able to speak to Spirit has had its challenges. Most people are not at a level of consciousness, and they can not believe in what is beyond the realm of their eyes. Now that I have been practicing my Gifts for years, I am able to fully be who I always was. A Devine, uplifting, gifted woman!
Crystals, like everything in creation, hold their very own vibrations and energies and are very much alive. Their essence helps shift my energy and helps me focus, reconnect and heal myself and others around me.
If you can't find me at home with my Husband and dogs, doing Angel Readings, or Animal Communication Readings I am in my happy place... the middle of the forest barefoot where I can connect to the energy of Mother Earth and strengthen my connection to the Universe.
